which one is better 100/100 or 100/133

someone said that a system runs faster when the core is syncronized with the mem, so i have a duron 100fsb and 133 ddr ram, i was just wondering to put the memory along as 100 or bump it up to 133

Your memory clock should be at 133MHz. It'll run at 100, but that's throwing away 25% of the performance you paid for!

133. since it is ddr, it is actually 200/133 so you are getting benefit even though the clock aren't synced

pc700? you either mean pc100 or 700mhz rambus. Hopefully you mean pc100, or you just spent way too much money for what you got!
