Which One is Best?

After a debated answer from my previous thread, hopefully more people will answer...Looking to game and do schoolwork, 3700+ probably won't overclock and I am not looking to spend more than 80 bucks, what is the best choice for a motherboard, nvidia nforce4 pci-express x 16 motherboard 939 socket?

Thanks,
Westi

I'm very happy with the "free" motherboard I received with this deal:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103023

It an NForce4, with plenty of features. I was able to easily overclock from 2.2 GHz to 2.6 Ghz with no effort, even with cheap RAM. I have the BIOS overclock the cpu to 2.4 Ghz, and then I use ClockGen software to bump it up to 2.6 Ghz for gaming. If I need to do anything "crucial" I just lower the clock through software, just in case. Its been rock solid at all speeds, though. I run Rosetta@Home 24/7 at 2.6 Ghz, and overall I've been impressed with the sstability of the system. I also bought an Artic Freezer 64 HSF, which was $24 shipped.

For gaming, your better off spending a little less on the cpu, and more on your video card.
