Which one? 2400 45 watt or 2400 35 watt? Paypal purchase question too...

Ok i purchased both yesterday. Paypal locked up on me when i did the first one but newegg says i paid for it. Paypal says only 1 transaction happened not two. So I cancelled the 35 watt one but now I am wondering which one I really should have cancelled. The 35 watt one is the one that paypal had no record of.... I guess I need to know which one to get for sure...

Second question.... if I void the sale... will the money go back to my paypal immediately? Or will it take a few days to do it?
 
I am also interested to find out too, especially the paypal part of the OP's question, since I never used PayPal before.
 
out of three 35 watt processors i have tested two have done 2300mhz at 1.72 volts or less . the one wont oc very well it may be the motherboard
