I read somewhere that the leadtek cards don't oc well cuz they all use a quiet cooler.

gainward and leadtek are both top notch companies and you cant lose with either

personally, i would pick the gainward

I would say that Leadtek is better in terms of cooling and 2D quality. Don't know about overclocking though.

i c never used a gainward but had a leadtek i liked them but im not sure
