Which on better for HTPC Sapphire 4350 vs 4550

Hi

I need opinions on which card to pick from gurus.
I'm looking at Sapphire 4350 512mb and Sapphire 4550 512mb cards.
There is $20 difference between two.

Does it worth it?

I value low noise levels on my HTPC, so I went with a fanless 4350.

I have no complaints so far, but I don't try to game on it at all.

One thing I forgot to add. 4550 comes with DVI to HDMI converter but 4350 doesn't. It is another $13.
