Which of two motherboards?

I am building a pc for casual gaming. Looking to run a mid-range CPU and video card (probably an Intel Quad core Q9550 and Radeon 4890). Power Supply will be a Seasonic M12 700w.

I now have to choose a motherboard and have these two options available

1. Asus P5Q3 motherboard

2. Gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3LR motherboard

Can anyone suggest which is better (or let me know if both are terrible)? The Asus seems to get good reviews but I can't find much on the Gigabyte

Only the ASUS P5Q-E or Gigabyte PD5DD3L. Not sure of the comparative advantages but the P5Q-E is a bit more expensive than the others.
