Which of these two monitors should I buy?

Asus VC239H

I wanted to pay under €300 for both, the total comes to €285 with the first option but should i stretch my budget a bit and pay €320 and go with the second one.
 
If it was me? I'd get the VC239H since I prefer IPS panels. Additionally, I like the visual aesthetic of the frame on the VC239H better. And on Newegg in dollars, they're the same price.
