That is ~$30 differnce in price. I'm not a gamer and will use this machine for programming, internet, email, some light Photoshop for my digital pictures, etc. Do you think the nForce3 chipset is worth the extra 30 bucks? The Soltek comes with 1000 Base-T LAN but that is useless on my wireless g network. My curent mobo is a Soltek and I have had no problems (my cpu died that is why I'm purchasing new equipment), but I'm not sure I can justify the extra $30 for that board.
