which of these two cases would you suggest?

I am planning a new build. I am not sure if I want a full case or mid. It really doesn't matter. I don't plan on doing more than a cheap vid card. The computer is for photo editing. I assume it will come to visual preference, I just want to know if any of you guys know of any issues with either of these cases. (I want USB 3.0 ports upfront)

COOLER MASTER HAF 932

or

Thermaltake Chaser MK-I

Obviously the Cooler Master has more fans, but is more expensive, so that could be evened up. Plus, since I don't game, I doubt I need THAT MUCH air flow, right?

From the reviews, they seem to both be well made. But does the Thermaltake have ALOT more plastic? I will mast likely make this my computer for quite some time, and even if I upgrade, I would like to reuse the case, if I can, so I want it to last.

And for Power Supply. A 650W would be plenty, right? I will have 8-16 RAM, and cheap vid card, a few HD.

Mid-Tower is all you really need. Full Tower only makes sense if you need to pack it with lots of HDs or Vidcards.

Only thing is, it seems like only full cases come with the front USB 3.0. I would have to buy a USB 3.0 adapter that goes into a drive bay. That almost evens up the price after that.

(Also, I have been on so many sites, I think I may have already posted a similar question here, sorry. I didn't ask between these two, so it is still a little different. ():)
