Which of these two Capture/Editor ?

I am new to the whole capture scene. My goal is two convert some home movies taken by Hi8 to DVD. The two cards I am interested in are the Kworld Magician and the Turtle Beach Video Advantage. The Kworld seems to be the better deal as it is also a tv card. But how is it when converting analog to digital?

Have you considered Hauppauge? Pretty decent PVR IIRC

I have heard of this card, but the sweet thing about the Turtle Beach and the Kworld is that they both have a knockout for front panal access. How sweet is the Hauppauge Wintv 350?

Actually, I am most intrigued by pvrusb2.

I like the idea of portability for this gizmo.
