You can swap the GPU's round I'm not bothered.

Intel easily. A few pounds more gets you a faster chip that doesn't suck much power as the 8350 would when overclocked. I'd get something Gigabyte for the Z87 board, personally, something like the Z87X-UD3H over Asrock and there is no SSD, but otherwise looks good.

Intel PC for sure.

Mantle still has a long way to go. But so far the numbers seem impressive.

Asrock is fine, but Gigabyte is boss.

Since the price of 280x is nearly the same as GTX 770, you may want to go with the 280x in the intel build instead of the GTX 770. Excluding mantle, the two graphics cards are very close to each other in performance and usually trade blows depending on which game and settings you choose.

This should be addressed, IMO. Sure, you can go without one... but why? For the minor cost and the amount of performance impact, it should be added.

   Agree totally.

Agree with this thought as well.

There's also no reason to tie the Nvidia GPU to the Intel system and the AMD GPU to the AMD system. The GTX 770 and R9 280X trade blows depending on the game, so swap in whichever is faster for the games you're interested in.
