Which of these tv's would you get

Looking at TV's in the $500 range-

Toshiba 32af44

or

Panasonic CT-32sl14

or any suggestions you may have in the $500 range, maybe a little over $600 at the most.
Let me know what features you like in one over the other if you have time.

what kind of tv are you looking for? living room, den, bedroom?

is it going to be just for tv viewing, or also dvds?

Living room & dvds. Will probably get a progressive scan 5.1 setup with it, trying to keep the overall cost to under $1000. The setup is for my parents, they are still using a 27" RCA they bought in '86.

OMG, MY PARENTS STILL USE a 24" RCA from '82!!

Then again, its in their bedroom, but the TV is SERIOUSLY DYING!
