Which of these three low-cost HSFs should i get?

i'd like to replace my heatsink, but don't have a lot of money to burn. so of the following three, which one would keep my tbird 1ghz the coolest:

Global Win fop32
Thermaltake Volcano II
Vantec FCE-62540D

the vantec has the monster delta fan. is the noise bearable? what exactly does it sound like

Check out this tech article on many common fans. Try listening to the mp3's so that you have a feel on what you will hear. Sorry I can't help you with the CPU coolers you have listed. I have only used the Swiftech line of coolers and they can be pricey. Try looking at some reviews like at Tom's Hardware. Good luck!

I've the Vantec 6254 and lemme tell ya, the Delta fan is loud. Some people say it's just white background noise and you get used to it, I never did after using for about a month.

I ended up replacing the delta fan with a 80mm Antec fan which is MUCH quieter. I can now take the side panel off for cooling and not have to use ear plugs. The Delta fan was cooler (3~5 degrees C) but the noise was not worth it.

Anyone wanna buy a slightly used Delta fan?
