Which of these sdram sticks would overclock the best...

I want to get 133mhz at cas2 out of one of these sticks:


Corsair PC100 128mb cas2 (8ns)

Crucial PC133 128mb cas3


would I be better off trying to run the corsair at 133/cas2 or the crucial at 133/cas2?

and is it possible to destroy ram doing this?
 
I'd go with the pc133 cas3 over the pc100 cas2. I doubt you'll hurt it, but it will let you know if it doesn't like the tweaked settings (instability).
