Which of these mini pc's is better for my needs

Hello, was wondering if someone knew quickly looking at these two mini pc's which was better. I would just use it for watching TV on 7MC and recording TV on it at 1080. Also watching some twitch streams as well. That's basically it.

they both come with FreeDOS, which in plain english means "they dont have Windows". This is likely to be a major inconvenience, and if you *do* want Windows on it, you will have to buy a copy, which adds to the cost.

HP is newer/faster, slightly. It's true that neither machine comes with Windows, but you can use Linux for that other stuff, if you don't mind learning a substitute for 7MC.

Awesome thanks, I do have a copy of Win7 so not concerned about the OS. Will go with the HP though if that's the consensus. Thanks!
