Which of these hdd's is a faster gaming drive?

Chief concern is speed. Noise doesn't bug me. Which one of these drives will be faster overall for gaming and Windows? StorageReview says the Hitachi is the fastest 7200rpm drive around but the Seagate here has more capacity and a larger cache plus the Perpendicular Recording Technology. (Why do I want this last feature again?) Both are priced very close to one another. Thanks.

HITACHI Deskstar T7K250 HDT722525DLAT80 (0A31611) 250GB 7200 RPM IDE Ultra ATA133 Hard Drive - 8MB Cache

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS (Perpendicular Recording Technology) 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - 16MB Cache

That's what I expected after doing a little reading. I just placed my order with NewEgg and canceled the WD Caviar I had coming.
