Which of these graphics cards is faster?

I RMA'd an evga 7900 GT CO (500 / 1500) and I recieved a evga 7950 GT (550 / 1400). Should I be happy or upset?

As far as I know evga only offers cards that are of equal or better performance. I'm running a 7950 GT KO 512mb right now and I'm very happy with it.

Just look at some benchmarks. They are pretty much the same performance, 7950GT usually takes the lead in most games.

happy. although the memory speed is lower, the core speed is higher which translates into better performance.

i rma'ed my 6800 and got a 7600gt in return, boy was i happy
