Which of these fans would probably be the noisiest?

I have 4 stock 80mm case fans on a Lian-Li PC65B case.
1 stock fan on my 9800pro video card.
2 80mm fans on my Thermaltake Silent PSU 480W. (model W0010)
And finally I have a Thermaltake Silent Boost A1889 CPU Fan.

My case is quite noisy, but I cant tell where most of the noise is coming from. All the fans are pretty close together and were added at the same time. Obviously the CPU fan is going to be a bit louder cause it has to have higher RPM's, thats acceptable. Anyone know about these Thermaltake products - if they are quiet compared to others? I'm looking to possibly switch out some of the stock fans for panoflo fans or something like that...

Any ideas on what I should do to decrease the noise?

Appreciate any suggestions...

The stock fan on my 9700pro wasn't too loud, but it's whiney and high-pitched. I have since replaced it with a Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer but now my supposedly quiet Trupower 430 is making a racket. :frown:

I actually just bought an arctic cooling VGA silencer - have you noticed a difference in the noise level?
