Which of these builds for HTPC?

I'm putting together an HTPC build but am unsure of which processor to go with. I'm basically undecided between an A6, A8 or i3 (see proposed setups below). All options are below my budget but having a tough time between the AMD GPU & cost vs the i3 power.

I'm going to be using XBMC, streaming Netflix/Hulu. I would also like this to replace my standalone bluray player. Although I don't have a 3D TV at the moment, I will like to be able to watch bluray 3D in the future. Will be recording OTA in the future as well once I get a USB tuner but that componentisn't part of the immediate build.

Shouldn't be multitasking much but also don't want to lag if something unexpectedly starts running in the background.

Please note that I will be using an SSD for OS (no specific one yet, depends on the best deal I find), and storage will be on my NAS.

Haven't decided on keyboard/mouse/remote options yet. (suggestions welcome)

No plan to OC. And budget wise, would like to keep it around $500 or less.

Would prefer to stick to the mini-ITX size.

So which setup would you go with?

AMD A6/A8 option

CPU: A6-3500 or A8-3850
MB: ASRock A75M-ITX FM1
Memory: G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Bluray: LG Bluray 3D drive
Case/PS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811133093

Is the ASRock A75M-ITX FM1 really the only miniITX FM1 option? All I could find on newegg.

i3 option

CPU: Intel Core i3-2105 Sandy Bridge 3.1GHz
MB: BIOSTAR TH61 ITX
Other components would be the same as above.

Intel HD 2000 graphics don't support stereoscopic 3D output, so you need to go AMD if that's important to you.
