I have my system stable as follows: (neo2, 3500+ (130nm), 2x512mb kingston value 2.5.-3-3-8)

fsb:219
cpu voltage: 1.55
memory 1:1 at 219Mhz 2.5-3-3-8-2t
memory voltage: 2.65
cpu mhz: 2408
htt: 4x

my system is not stable with the memory 1:1 at 219mhz 2.5-3-3-8 with a 1T command rate

my question is, is my system faster overclocked with the memory at 2t versus at stock speed of 200mhz fsb, 5xhtt, cpu 2.2mhz and memory at 1t ? or would my system be faster with memory at ddr333 2-3-3-7-1t running at 180mhz or so and my cpu at 2.45mhz , fsb at 225 ?
