Which OCZ ram from NewEgg?

I have decided to replace my current semi "no-name" ram with some OCZ Value ram. I am not sure which would be a better choice. My system specs are as follows:
A64 3200 @2.5Ghz (10x250)
1 GB SuperTalent PC3200 @210mhz(2-3-3-8)
Abit AV8 MB (which can supply up to 2.8V to the DIMMS)

My goal is to hopefully be able to run at the current DDR420 speed with tighter timings (2-2-2-8), or maybe be able to push the FSB up a little and get DDR433 or 450 speeds with my current timings (2-3-3-8). I have read alot about the OCZ Valve line, and I think that they will fit what I am looking for. I am just not 100% sure that the upgrade is worth it. If it is, which of these would be better for my situation?
Value Choice #1

Value Choice #2

Premier Series for $.25 more?

I don't think that the chips will get high fsb with 2.9 volts on the dimms. I'm not sure about the premier, but if ocz uses the same chips as it did when Anandtech was reviewing them, then those look like the choice you want to get. I'm not enirely sure that OCZ uses the same chips for the premier series though.

I am not looking to go really high on the ram speeds, I am mainly looking for better timings at the speeds I'm running now, or being able to increase the speeds without having to loosen timings. My A64 can run higher then it's current clock, but this ram is holding me back. If I up the FSB to it's max, I have to drop my divdider from DDR 333 to DDR 266, which hurts the performance more then I like, especially in games.

Not even High. You need around 2.9 volts to get 2-2-2-5 timings with winbound UTTs at ddr400.
