OK. I have a brand new 520W Modstream right now but I also have a 600W Powerstream coming. One of these will go into a client's computer and one in mine. I can't decide which one to keep for myself. So I am asking you guys to help me choose.
Most importantly, please vote, then give me a reason as to why you would choose the one you chose in the voting.

520W Modstream.
600W Powerstream.

Please be as to the point as possible.
Thanks.

600W offers more raw power, i'd even take the 520 PS over the MS. I've read a thread with someone geting 11.40V with his 450 Mod Stream, not to mention the power stream offers ajustable rails.

What is the system the one you keep will be going in? Your rigs link isn't working I would probably keep the 600 though. that thing is $200!!!

I think you have to log in to see it. I mean log in when you click on the system. Anyhow, I have posted the system specs above.
4 to 1 votes for the modstream.
Thanks.

They're both ridiculous overkill for your system, so the cheaper 520W gets the vote, since you'll only be throwing away about $40, instead of $125

Well I got the Enermax NoiseTaker 470W now but I just thought, I will want to upgrade later. So now is a good time to do it.

Well, if you already have a 470W Enermax, then I would still recommend the 520W PSU, since you'll only be throwing away about $120, instead of $205.

Your link is bad. Here's the correct url to your rig http://www.anandtech.com/myanandtech.aspx?member=11886

Thanks. But now I cannot update my link b/c my user name has the underscore in the middle. It won't let me update my profile. Any ideas to update it without losing my underscore in b/w Bad and Dude?

Powerstream all the way.

Crappy connections with modular plugs are one of the causes for system instability.

I contacted the mod and hopefully he will allow me to change my system specs in the signature b/c of my underscore in Bad_dude, I can't do it.

I already voted but obviously, if you have the option of keeping both PSUs, why not go with the more powerfull powerstream.

ok. I have sold the Powertream and the NoiseTaker is pending. So I guess I am keeping the ModStream. I hope the ModStream voltage will be stable.
Thanks for you input guys.

my voltages are stable so far. I have 11.89 in my bios for the 12v rail (great!) and all the other rails are within .02 volts of their target!
