Which non-SLI motherboard?

I'm looking around for a non-SLI motherboard for an Athlon 64 3000+ and a Radeon X800 PRO PCIE 256MB. Chances are that I won't be doing any overclocking at the moment. Here are some possibilities... Which one should I get?

Chaintech VNF4 Ultra VE
MSI K8N Neo4-F
EPoX EP-9NPA+Ultra

Either one is probably fine.

the chaintech works fine for me and I overclock too.

What do you think about the EPoX board? I was leaning towards that one a bit more...

MSI K8N Neo4-F has the nVIDIA Nforce 4 chipset ( not the uLtra )
the other 2 mobo u quoted are Ultra ones .
i go with the Epox , its a good Overclockers .
