Which NIC's overclock better?

I've got an Allied Telesyn AT2400T, and a D-Link DFE-530TX+ NIC I can use in a new system. Which of these cards will handle higher bus speeds? Also like to know if the D-Link is gonna crap out quickly (even non-overclocked). Seems I heard they tend to.

NIC's in general arent usually very friendly to out of sped bus speeds, that said I've had reasonably good luck with oc'ing using D-Link NIC's.

never used the ones you mentioned, but i have gotten a linksys pretty reliably up to 170mhz fsb.

I've never had a problem with Intel or 3Com NICs on an overclocked system.
