Which nForce4 Motherboard?

In short, I'm looking for a motherboard upgrade for my socket 940 FX-51 processor. I'm having a hard time finding anything out there that would allow me to replace my aging nForce-3 Leadtek mobo. Do you have any nForce4 recommendations?

I thin you would be very happy with the Foxconn socket 940 MOBO. Dual chipsets. 8x SATA ports. Two Full x16 PCI-E lanes. Very capable board. But remeber as with alomst all socket 940 boards that I can think of, it requires Registered memory.

Different chipset, but common design to the nForce4.

Thanks for the recommendation. Any other brands out there, or is this pretty much the best Nforce-4 mobo for my FX-51? Also, can run an FX-51 and an Opteron on the same mobo?
