Which multivitamin do you take?

Went to Costco the other day, and wanted to pick up a pack of multivitamins. They used to have coupons for One-A-Day, but not any more. So, pricewise Centrum and One-A-Day are nearly identical now. So, in the end I got Centrum.

What's your preference?

Try some NOW Foods Ecogreen or NOW Adam.

If it completely dissolves in a cup of water within 15 minutes, there is a good chance that it will do so in your stomach. If it doesnt dissolve within 15 minutes, you aren't getting much outta the pill.

Centrum A to Zinc

There is an even more potent blue bottle from a different company at Walmart that I plan on getting when I'm through with this one.

Yeah, the cheap ones bound with calcium carbonate go in one in way and right out the other.
