Which Multifunction Printer

I need a multifunction unit for light fax work, medium copying and occasional printing/scanning. Trying to decide between two units (as I want a flatbed with a sheet feeder)

Canon Multipass F80
HP D-145

The HP costs more and has a more complicated/expensive print ink/head system and I am not sure if it's worth it. Also, is there another option that does what I want well (must be a flatbed and have at least a 25 sheet feeder... and use multiple paper sizes)
