Which MP3 player (software) would you recommend?

I've been using Winamp for as long as I can remember, simply because it was the obvious chioce for some reason. But recently I've heard that *gasp* it actually isn't the best. So, what's the best one available (for free) and where can I get it?

To tell you the truth, I just use Napster's built in MP3 player most of the time...

I use Winamp with an alpha in_mp3.dll that sounds way better, and is faster, and doesn't have the simple harmonics bug.

You can get it right there, just copy the in_mp3.dll to the \Winamp\plugins directory.

hmm, I can sound a difference with that plugin but its probably just a placebo

Warrenton, do you have to change any settings, or just overwrite the .dll?

That plugin fvcked up my winamp!!! Now some of my mp3s are all scratchy!! I need the old one.
