Since you haven't seen KBV1, avoid KBV2. It really spoils things if you haven't seen the first. (Heck, just go rent #1! Better bang for your buck than the rest of the choices)
Of the rest... Man On Fire is supposed to be a good flick, through with a bit of a canned plot (man haunted by his past finds redemption in a child and then must revisit the past to save her). Van Helsing is something to see purely for the mindless action (and mindless it is). Troy is the best of what's left I'd say. Long movie, but does draw you in so that you don't notice the time going by. Good preformances all around, decent enough plot, good material to see with a GF. Walking Tall would be a last action choice. I haven't heard much about Godsend except that it fails to live up to its potential in every way (ie, really cool ideas and acting, but a piss poor execution of the whole package). Envy... well, let's just say that should be exposed to the product it centres around, the effect it would have would be the same. Somehow I'm not seeing Mean Girls as your sort of thing.
