Which motherboard would be better?

I am buying a new system with 939 socket. I am purchasing a AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice CPU and GIGABYTE Geforce 6600GT 128MB. The notherbaords I am looking at are the BIOSTAR TForce6100 (I would have to disable onboard video) or the MSI K8N Neo4-F motherboard.

Anyone used either of these or something around the same price they would recommend?

of those 2 i would chose the Biostar. MSI sucks.

And why a 3500+ ? grab a X2 3800+ they are so cheap right now.

Well this computer is being built for a friends daughter who is in high school. She likes to play half life 2 and games of that quality. She doesnt need an extreme gaming machine or anything tho.

I plan on getting:

Corsair 1gig XMS
Seagate 7200.9 160g sata
GIGABYTE Geforce 6600GT 128MB PCI E
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Venice
BIOSTAR TForce6100

The X2 3800+ are a great price but I dont know if she will need that extra power.
