wich motherboard i shall buy please mention boards model
range is 200 $ z97 series
either
Asus
gigabyte
asrock
Msi

must have good sound and gaming support (i will not overclock).
(other specs
i7 4790k gtz780ti 8gb ram 2 tb hard)

No point going for a k chip if you are definitely not going to overclock, just wasting money.

Typically true, except in this one, specific case: the i7-4790K offers a considerably higher clock speed than the non-K version.

4790: base 3.6GHz, max turbo 4.0GHz
4790K: base 4.0GHz, max turbo 4.4GHz

Plus the K chip should offer greater resell value later.

I would opt for an H97 chipset if not overclocking, and save some money. All of your mentioned manufacturers are good. I've had recent experience with all 4 and have few complaints. I tend to lean toward ASrock and MSI as their boards are often cheaper and offer the features I need.

Having the budget for a more expensive board doesn't mean you'll get anything worthwhile by spending more.
