which motherboard manufacturer do you reccomend? Im looking to spend no more than $100 (preferably around $80)..socket 939, preferably an nForce chipset

The gigabyte k8ns is around $88. I would use only 2 sticks of memory, so get the proper amount now. 4 sticks will only run at 333 speed on some boards. The epox nforce3 board is a better overclocker for about $15 more. Both are agp video only. Ecs has a new nforce4 board for close to $100, but it has fewer overclocking options.
