I want a stable mobo for gameing and web-surfing.
i dont overclock at all.
im using an AMD Duron 800 and soon what to upgrade to a XP
it can either be DDR or SDRAM
compatible with alpha pal8045 would be nice
i dont need isa

i was thinking of Epox 8khaL and Shuttle ak31

I want something in a good price range that is known for stabilty and has good reviews

For a solid dependable board that fits all of your criteria, look into the Epox 8K7A. Very solid and will overclock well if wanted. The price is very resonable also. I know that the new KT266A chipset is the new bad boy on the block, but not by a lot!
