which motherboard is good?

Well, one mobo is based AMD and the other is based INTEL.
You gonna have different system on.
But the Epox 8K7A+ is very good mobo.
Right now I would go with AMD, instead of INTEL.
Its cheaper and has "the same" performance of INTEL.
