which motherboard is good?

Epox 8K7A+ AMD 761 chipset
Epox 4B2A i845 chipset

It depends on what cpu you want to use!
But I would avoid the 845 chipset.

Well, one mobo is based AMD and the other is based INTEL.
You gonna have different system on.
But the Epox 8K7A+ is very good mobo.
Right now I would go with AMD, instead of INTEL.
Its cheaper and has "the same" performance of INTEL.
