Which motherboard is better?

Which motheboard is all-around better, the MSI Neo4 SLI, or the Neo4 Ultra? Are they essentially the same except for the SLI, or does the SLI version have more features?

Basics are the same. An Ultra chip is a SLI chip with SLI disabled.

That is true. In the AT SLI round-up, the MSI SLI on-board sound got high marks for low CPU utilization. Link

That said, if I were buying right now, I'd be looking for the DFI SLI. Sound solution is almost as good and it's a better overclocker.
