Which Motherboard, Intel v Gigabyte

I am trying to decid which motherboard to purchase for my new computer.
I have narrowed it down to these two:

Gigabyte GA-6OXM7E 815E
Intel D815EEA

Which one would you sugest and why?

Well, get the gigabyte if you want to OC or have some tweakage room. Other than that, i'd take the Intel. I've built tons of systems with that board with no problems. You can even flash the bios in Windows.

I'd go with the Gigabyte board myself. The Intel board is a bit more stable but it's too limited for my tastes. The Gigabyte board is a good all around board.

I would. But I never really had the pleasure with any Gigabyte boards. So I would take the Intel board.

Hey..I was looking at the same gigabyte brd. Guys on here recommended this brd instead for reliability,performance,upgrade etc. MSI MS-6337 (815E PRO) INTEL 815E CHIPSET ULTRA ATA100 SOCKET 370 ATX FORM FACTOR 1xAGP(4X)/6xPCI/1xCNR/4xDIMM W/AC97 AUDIO $112 on pricewatch. Get a p3 933 for $342. Sweeet!!! hehe :)
