Unless you find a good deal on a refurb board, I would go ahead and change the cpu, board, and memory all at once. Your old p4 will slow down a video upgrade. At fry's, you get the boards free with many combo specials. And ddr2 is cheap; fry's.com had 2 gigs of pc6400 for $15 after $25 rebate this morning. For older boards, checkout computer geeks. I've got a spare celeron 430 that will probably outperform your old p4, and it's only $30 new. And some onboard graphics, such as the 780 chipset boards for am2, are pretty good.
