I have built 6 systems recently using the ABIT KX&-333 as the platform. Solid as a rock, lots of performance, great base for a Home Theatre
Entertainment system. The EPOX is very good, but it is more of an 'Overclocker - Enthusiast' Board. If you plan to do a lot of stepping-up on the FSB and play with performance the EPOX would do it.

I would guess you do not need all the 'Overclock' performance, as you will probably set it up and let it run without constantly playing with the settings, so the ABIT KX7-333 would do all you would ever need. there are quite a lot of performance overclocking features, if you ever need them .
This board would also give you a couple of years of beeing able to expand and accomodate future features as they develop, and will still be a very
capable system for the next 5 years.
