which Motherboard for a P4 3.0

I work at Compusa, so I was able to qualify for intels annual retail edge progarm bundle..
the bundle consists of a retail boxed Pentium 4 3.0Cghz 800mhz fsb cpu, a retail boxed Intel 865GBF motherboard (very cheap board) and Windows XP Pro, all for just $199... the package came the other day, and the idea from the start was to buy an awesome board for the chip. the cheap POS board intel sent was DOA, but im not gonna complain, 3.0ghz for $199... so i've narrowed it down to 3 boards, Asus P4P800 Deluxe, MSI Neo2-LS, and Abit IC7

any suggestions??

I want a real gaming performer.. gonna have nvidia 5950 ultra, 1gb pc3200 or 3500

i'd go with either Abit or ASUS. from there its a toss up. both are solid boards and both OC well if you are into it.
