Which Motherboard for a basic Pentium 805 Box?

Hi there. I was looking for some advice on which motherboard I should get for a system my friend has asked me to build.

He's on a pretty restricted budget so price is a premium. I'm looking for a board with for the 805 preferably with on-board graphics / sound / network. It definitely doesn't need SLi/Xfire support with at least some OCing potential (it seems a shame not to make the most of the cpu).

Any advice / suggestions you could give would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Fry's Electronics has the Pentium D 805 + ECS RC410L/800-M for around $140-150. I picked one up and its pretty good for the price. It has onboard ATI Radeon video and can do some moderate overclocking. I had it running at 3.3 ghz, didn't want to push it too far, but still pretty good for the price. If you don't have a Fry's near you, I've seen the same combos (probably being sold by people who picked them up at Fry's) on ebay for $160-180 plus shipping.

If you already bought the processor you can pick the board up at newegg for $40 AR.
