Which Motherboard, CPU is best for me?

Can I get the ASRock 939 Dual SATA2 motherboard with an Opteron 939 148 and use the rest from my current sysem?

CPU cooler: CNPS7000A-AlCu
PSU: TAGAN480
Case: Antec Super Lanboy
2X512MB Kingston DDR400
6800OC(BFG)


Will there be any incompatibilities?

You could, although i'd get a newer Heatsink, the 7000 was/is good, but there are better current ones around.
