which motherboard 4 first build

I have the GA-770TA-UD3. Its a fine board but the 770 chipset is now old. Your cpu will work fine with those boards.

I would check out an 880 board like the GA-880GM-UD2H, unless you require a full ATX board or SLI/CF.
 
nah its all good now. Went with intel instead. Gunna get 2500k but the mobos still aren't selling on newegg.ca :S Is it just there or is the problem still not fixed?

it's going to take a while for the replacement boards to ship to retailers.
