which mother board to get for a pci-e ati x800xt VC

hello all,

i know there is alot of people still waiting for the pci for amd 64! yea i am one of them, but just curious thinking about the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum nForce4 Ultra Athlon 64 Skt939 DDR ATX Motherboard w/Audio, Gigabit LAN, RAID/Serial ATA Retail how would this board compete to the gigabyte GA-k8nxp-9 i know its not out yet or is it? is it worth the wait? i know the msi is coming in a few days hopfully! anyways i am looking for a board that will cost no more than $200 if u can give me any advice or should i just stick with the msi board above it looks nice? anybody heard reviews on it?
