LG tube? Their Natural Flat tubes are all made by Mitsubishi. Unless you're talking about LG's shadow mask.

iiyama uses both Mitsubishi and Hitachi for their Aperture Grille and shadow mask monitors respectively.

If all other factors are the same, try to get a monitor containing a tube made by Panasonic, Hitachi, Sony, Mitsubishi, or NEC, and avoid Thomson and L-G tubes. I'm not sure about Samsung.
