Which monitoring program should I believe?

Okay, here's the weird thing.

For nvMonitor:
CPU: 0.600V
Core: 1.53V
Mem: 1.58V

In BIOS:
CPU: 1.38V
Mem: 2.82V

I don't know what is "Core" measuring. In CPU-Z, the CPU voltage is 1.360V. So which is reporting it accurately? I seriously doubt that a cpu voltage of 0.6V is possible so what exactly is nvMonitor monitoring? I am NOT overclocking and am using DFI LanParty UT NF4-SLI-D mobo.

Thanks

Generally the BIOS is the most precise and if it isn't correct then the Manufacture updates it.
