intended usage. single monitor setup for the kids to game and surf.

obviously any of the above monitor will do, however "do" have some choices. so which one? and why? why not?

TN vs S-IPS
LED vs CCFL
2ms vs 5ms vs 8ms
16x9 vs 16x10
