Which monitor is better?

ViewSonic Professional Series PF790 or Dell UltraScan P1110 for gaming, web design
I know one is 21 inch and another is 19, but the quality is what matters here (and how easy it is for eyes)
i think i should restate my question:
If you were given a free monitor which one would you choose?
 
The Dell is a Sony Flat Monitor and did you say Freebie? Go with the 21" Dell cause of the extra viewing area and its a .24dot vs the .25 on the Viewsonic.
