which mobos come WITH updated BIOS?

I just built my Conroe system on a Gigabyte DS3 and it came with their F3 bios. It supported C2D right out of the box with no problems.

Gigabyte DS3, DS4, DQ6. Asus P5B, P5B Deluxe, P5W-DH. Asrock Conroefire or something like that. MSI 975x Platnium. Intel 975XBX. Abit AW9D (not released yet). DFI Infinity 975x.

Those would be the list of all overlclokcing over 300FSB boards available-IMO, the Gigabyte DS3 is the best bang for the buck at the moment (its $140 compared with $200+).

Yes, but I'm still not too sure about that passave heatsink cooling on the NB. Add a fan or swap it out.
