Which mobo to use for athlon above 1.2

I have Abit-kt7a- raid and MSI k7tPro 2-a.

if I get 1.4 can I put it in abit k7ta, and use the present 1.2 (200fsb) in the MSI k7tPro 2-a.

also what would be a good board for Athlon 1.0
